Cash & Carry Supermarket
Cash & Carry Supermarket is located in a high-value area of Makati City. Supermarket operations were the mainstay of the company's cash flow but growth demanded expansion of their building. This meant only one direction to go: UP.
Normally the addition of extra floors to an existing building means closure of operations and extensive demolition but SFP's innovative methodologies and equipment developed for the SM Pampanga project proved to be the ideal solution.

Cash & Carry supermarket was able to continue normal operations while SFP isolated small sections of the ground floor and installed screw pile foundations for the columns supporting the additional floors. Even the Fruit & Vegetable section remained open while SFP installed a 7,500kN footing inside an enclosure located in the middle of the section, aq feat virtually impossible using convention methods.
